
Angela has worked exclusively within the Business Continuity field for around 15 years, co-founding Garrison Continuity with Steven Garrod in 1996. Prior to this, Angela worked in a variety of industries, from service suppliers to large corporate organisations.
This experience allied to Angela's core skills as a consultant, project manager, analyst and trainer have led to her becoming a key figure in the UK's Business Continuity community. In recognition of her contribution to the industry, Angela was elected to the Business Continuity Institute's Board in 1996 and elected to the Chair in 1999. She remains a Fellow of the Institute and currently chairs the Membership Committee.

Over the last 20 years, Nick has earned a reputation for delivering business consultancy services, both imaginatively and effectively. Over that time, his roles, within both the public and private sectors of the IT industry, have ranged from the implementation of software systems to managing a national business consultancy team.
Nick's breadth of business knowledge, professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills make an invaluable contribution to the success of Garrison Continuity. His most recent projects include Business Continuity Management in the television, transport, health and charity sectors.

With over 20 years consultancy and project management experience as well as strong analytical, consultancy and project management skills, Sue is a respected member of the Business Continuity community. An effective communicator, Sue's expertise ranges from implementing mission critical software solutions to managing the development and delivery of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services.
In addition to the completion of major business continuity projects within the private sector, Sue has successfully implemented Business Continuity Management programmes within national and local government bodies.

Garry is a creative, customer-focused project manager, experienced in many areas of business transformation and process improvement. Garry has strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with broad business knowledge and sound professional judgement and is very successful in establishing effective relationships with project stakeholders.
These skills have been successfully applied to the development and implementation of business continuity management programmes since 2005, when Garry joined the Garrison team.

Bethan's experience and interpersonal skills, earned during her work in client-facing roles in both IT and service delivery environments, have been used to good effect in the delivery of high profile Business Continuity projects over the last 10 years.
Clients are consistently impressed by her strong organisational skills and her ability to successfully investigate and analyse client issues and offer cost-effective solutions, whether in a team environment or as sole consultant.

Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge, including 30 years of operational and management experience, to Garrison Continuity. As a Chartered Engineer, he is an expert in physical risk assessment and, having fulfilled a number of Incident and Crisis Management leadership positions at a major utility company, has first hand experience of planning for and recovering from, any eventuality.
At Garrison, Geoff utilises these skills to develop and deliver realistic incident/crisis management exercises, designed to check the integrity of plans and give key players an opportunity to practice their post-incident response roles.

Alison is an enthusiastic Business Continuity practitioner with over 5 years experience of implementing and managing all aspects of Business Continuity for both a leading worldwide bank and a large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisation.
Joining Garrison in 2007, her excellent communications, interpersonal and organisational skills and initiative make her an invaluable member of our team. In addition to her consultancy role, Alison has been an active member of the Business Continuity Institute Membership Committee since August 2004.

Steven's many years of experience of delivering projects within time-critical, high profile IT and service delivery environments, including the last 12 years in the Business Continuity environment, have served him - and his blue chip clients - well.
As an experienced trainer, Steven has developed and delivered many Business Continuity Management courses and has been a popular speaker at industry conferences. A full member of the Business Continuity Institute, he is an ambassador for the continuing evolution of the industry and co-founder of Garrison Continuity. Steven is also a previous winner of the prestigious Business Continuity Consultant of the Year award.
