Keeping the wheels on the buses
We have been working with Transdev, one of London’s bus operators, over the last two years to help them enhance their procedures for dealing with major incidents. This covers evacuation procedures for both people and buses, operational contingencies for incidents affecting the running of the buses and business continuity to ensure that the support and management functions can maintain their critical business activities.
This case study in major incident preparedness provides an overview of our work in the development and implementation of Transdev’s major incident plan and the business continuity plans that underpin it.
