BIA – from Assessment to Analysis via Automation (Barclays Capital)

Jason Scott-Taggart, Global Head of BCM Technology at Barclays Capital, outlines his firm's approach to automating the Business Impact Analysis process. As well as explaining how this was done, he also outlines the benefits they have gained and makes the case that this approach can be adopted by any size of organisation.
