Garrison to lead seminar at BC Expo 2006
Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is the cornerstone upon which effective business continuity is built. Done well, its value in providing a thorough understanding of the way an organisation works and supporting a business case for increasing resilience, reducing risk or implementing a continuity/recovery capability is universally accepted. Done poorly, it has little value.
At this year's Business Continuity Expo, Garrison Continuity's Steven Garrod will lead a seminar to consider some of the different approaches to completing a BIA. The session will blend theory, examples, case studies, tips and techniques to provide delegates with the tools required to ensure they get the most from their BIA.
The Expo will take place at ExCeL, London on 15/16 March 2006. The conference will offer the most comprehensive briefing in all aspects of business continuity, risk management and regulatory compliance.
