Sue Bament short listed for Business Continuity Consultant of the Year award

Sue Bament, one of Garrison Continuity’s senior consultants, has been short listed for the Business Continuity Consultant of the Year award as part of the annual Business Continuity Awards.

The judges selected Sue on the basis of her use of creative ideas to resolve problems, her innovation in the actual techniques used to deliver business continuity solutions and her ability to successfully promote the adoption of a business continuity culture throughout her clients’ organisations.

Sue’s clients are delighted that she has been short listed. Rob Somers of the Environment Agency commented that, “While BCM can be a very dry subject, Sue’s enthusiasm and commitment to BCM shines through”. Frances Parsons at the British Heart Foundation is looking forward to a continued working relationship with Sue “confident in the knowledge that we are being well looked after”.

The winner of the award will be announced at a Gala Dinner in London on 10 May 2007. Garrison Continuity is a previous winner of the award; Steven Garrod was voted Business Continuity Consultant of the Year in 2000.
