Garrison accepted onto BSI’s Associate Consultant Programme
Having demonstrated our experience and expertise in BS 25999, the British Standard for business continuity management, the British Standards Institution (BSI) has accepted Garrison Continuity onto its Associate Consultant Programme (ACP).

Garrison Continuity has agreed to support the inaugural BCM World Conference & Exhibition in November 2009 as both an exhibitor and a contributor to the speaker programme.
WHO raise flu pandemic alert to level 5
Following its decision earlier in the week to raise the flu pandemic alert level from 3 to 4, the World Health Organisation (WHO) yesterday increased the alert to level 5. This indicates that the swine flu outbreak is now able to spread easily between people and provides a strong signal that a global pandemic is imminent. Advice from the WHO is that “all countries should immediately now activate their pandemic preparedness plans”.
Garrison receives BS 25999 certification from the BSI
Following the completion of a two-part audit of its business continuity management system, Garrison Continuity has been awarded BS 25999 certification. The award was confirmed by the Business Standards Institution on 18 July 2008.
