Business Continuity | Plan

The business continuity plan is the best known deliverable from the business continuity management process yet it is still often widely misunderstood. A plan should outline, as simply and as clearly as possible, the key steps you need to take in response to an incident. Consequently, an organisation’s “plan” should ideally comprise a set of complementary plans, each addressing a key element (for example HR, IT, Press & PR) rather than being one large plan that attempts to cover everything in a single document.
Each client's business is unique, so plans should be unique, consequently we do not use off the shelf templates. Rather, we develop short, practical plans with the look and feel to fit with the culture of your organisation and thereby promote ownership.
