To ensure that your business continuity capability does not decay over time, you will have implemented some form of ongoing maintenance and review process. We can check this process to identify whether it is efficient and effective and how well it is being followed. We will then report our findings and recommendations for improvement, where appropriate. We can also help design a simple BCM process to align with current best practice.
Preparedness
We are often contacted by people who have implemented business continuity, but are still left with the lingering thought "will it all work when a real incident arises?" We can help to answer this question with a thorough review of your strategy, plans and testing activity. We will give you an objective assessment, recommending improvements where necessary. We can also help with any additional planning, preparation or testing required to provide the assurance you need.
